Shipping & Returns information.

Goods are despatched after testing and are supplied in working order and complete, unless a specific item states otherwise.
In the unlikelihood a product develops a fault the following returns policy must be used.

· Contact BSH confirming the unit, the fault and date of purchase
· An attempt will be made to resolve the fault over the phone
· Failing this a ‘Fault sheet’ will be faxed/emailed which is to be completed giving as much detail as possible
· The faulty unit must be returned to BSH for repair
· In entering the returns agreement the client accepts it is their responsibility to pay one leg of the freight costs.
This does not apply to raw or untested goods and these will be supplied on a sold as seen basis.

Deliveries are booked on a 2-3 days carriage policy. Express delivery can be organised upon request and incurs a higher charge.
